During my stay in this hotel, I was impressed by its general cleanliness, which made me feel very comfortable. The staff at this hotel are attentive, friendly, and very hospitable, which made me feel very welcome. In addition, the hotel facilities are modern and have a great design which create a comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring this city's attractions.

the hotel has a perfect location close to major attractions and public transit. We were pleased with the attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. the breakfast provided had a good variety of local and international dishes.

The rooms were big and nicely decorated, which was a pleasant surprise. the cleaning staff kept the place tidy and hygienic. the best part was the modern amenities, such as the high-speed internet available throughout the hotel. It was also located near a few famous landmarks, so it was convenient to move around.
The hotel's management failed in many aspects. the advertised facilities were not in line with what was provided.

The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, making them a great place to come back to after a long day at work. The cleanliness was on point, and the tidy atmosphere of the room was very refreshing. Plus, they provided all the necessary amenities which was very convenient.
The language barrier was also a little frustrating at times, but the staff still managed to assist to the best of their abilities. Finally, we had booked a room with 2 king-sized beds, but ended up with 2 double beds instead.
